Broccoli

A recent Harvard study finds that cruciferous vegetables, like broccoli, may protect against bladder cancer which is common among Asian men. Scientists analysed the diets of nearly 50,000 men and discovered that those who ate five servings or more per week of cruciferous veggies were half as likely to develop bladder cancer over a ten-year period as men who rarely ate them. And broccoli and cabbage were singled out as the most protective foods.


The good food
Arthritis patients of ALL Blood types are encourage to have broccoli more frequent as it is super beneficial to fight any arthristis disease.

“What is your new year resolution?” might be the first sentence you hear among friends when you greet each other “Happy New Year”.

Recently I saw one of my comments from my fellow visitors that she would like to “go skinny” this year. I widen my eyes and smirked, as a lot of people are more and more health conscious it is pretty normal to see such a resolution… or perhaps, my fellow visitor is preparing for an upcoming wedding, perhaps? No one knows… giggle
