Correct way cooking instant noodles

Ah... Instant noodles, it's bad for health, counting the calories and the sodium and MSG inside, but in the busy cities of most countries, and with the way how marketing side is promoting, instant noodles has become quite a norm to the society.

When I was just hopping around my own blog checking out comments that I may have missed out, I found this link from Google Adsense, which attracted to me, because when I was pretty much staying awake and rushing my work / assignments I'd always opt for a Red Bull. That's the only drink that helped me to stay awake. But does energy drink truly works? For some people it can be helpful, but for many, who doesn't really need it, is otherwise. This is another interesting article I found while browsing through google ads. I do have certain aenimic and I was adviced by my doctor to reduce coffee as I was overly addicted to it. Now there are more and more articles that talks about accessive coffee could do harm to our heart. This is one of the articles I found.
