AIDS and cancers are the two biggest uncured diseases who always threatening human race in present days. However, these two diseases might become a history, as the Malaysian researchers claimed to discover the antidotes!
The anti-HIV drug is given name as “Calanolide”, is derived from the Bintangor or Calophyllum tree is under the final stages of development.
Rainforest have always being considered as the “green germ”, as many traditional medicines have been found inside the rainforests. However, the sadness thing is the Brazilian Amazon and Indonesia rainforests have been quickly wiped out more than 120,000 square miles in the past decade! If this situation continues, then our hope on finding the cure for the uncured diseases might turn into bubble!
According to Tan Sri Dr. George Chan, the Deputy Chief Minister of Sarawak, Malaysia, the Calonide A samples have been sent to the National Cancer Institute of United States for testing purpose.
By the launching of Calonide A, more HIV and cancer patients might be able to have a normal healthy life afterward…
