Alfalfa - The Father of All Plants!

Ok, you must be think it's ridiculous, when you read the article's title, isn't it? You can't even believe that Alfalfa is the "Father of all plants"? Well, then you should spends a few minutes and read on this article...
Do you know that Alfalfa is a flowering plant in the pea family, Fabaceae which has been cultivate as one of the important forage crops? Alfalfa also known as "Lucerne" in U.K, Australia and New Zealand!
Although the height of the plant is only about 3 feet, but it has a root system that can penetrate until 20 to 30 feet deep into the ground and sucking those minerals that don't even exist on the surface at all!
Furthermore, Alfalfa is a word derived from Arabic, which it means "Father of all plants" in Arabic language.
As a result, Alfalfa is not only rich in vitamins, but it also full with other minerals that play a vital role in the strength and growth of our bones and in the maintenance of a healthy body.
