The researchers found that Cranberries might help to prevent H.pylori from sticking to the stomach wall. Hence, it will prevent H,pylori from inhibit and spreading in our stomach.

Beside that, Cranberries also prevent bacteria from adhering to your teeth and help stop the growth of bacteria that cause bad breath. And, Cranberries able to reduce the formation of plaque, which is responsible for tooth decay!
