Cupuacu – The Miracle Fruit That Effective on Anti Aging

Most of us didn’t realize that we’re blessed to live on this beautiful yet wonderful world. Have a good look on your surroundings, you might find that there are many amazing vegetables and fruits, which are incredibly good for your health!

Until now, there are many vegetables and fruits have been known effective for the anti aging problem, including apples, oranges, all types of berries and much more. According to the result from the researchers, one of the reasons why the vegetables/fruits are good for anti aging, as it contains many antioxidants. In addition, antioxidants are not only good for slowing down aging process, but it helps to against the heart related diseases as well.


As usual, I have a quick search on the internet during my lunch hour. Guess what! I discovered a brand new fruit that I haven’t heard before and I would like to share it with you here.

The fruit called Cupuacu, which is a tropical rainforest tree fruit. It’s one of the most common fruits at the Amazon basin. Oh, now I remembered that one of my friends, Olivia who is the Amazon rainforest researcher told me that there is a fruit named Cupuacu, which is having a shape like the Cacao.



She described that the white pulp of the Cupuacu is having a unique fragrant smell. Beside that, it contains many antioxidants, including theacrine that able to reduce the aging process. Furthermore, Cupuacu also good for expelling the free radicals, stimulate new skin and strengthen our stamina!


I was pleased to know the benefit of the Cuapucu fruit, that’s why I would like to share this amazing tropical fruit with all of you here. Hopefully, you will share this information with your family or friends as well!

I have never heard of this fruit, Wilson, but it sounds good to me - anti-aging???hmmmm

Honestly, Katyzzz. Cupuacu is able to grow up to 30 cm and it's quite a huge fruit. I bet we are seldom see this fruit in the Australia's hypermarkets...
