The Laws of Dieting Success: Introduction
November 13th 2006 05:31
“Ah! The beautiful celebrities… how on earth did they get to look so good?” These would be a common question among girls these days whenever they see their idol celebrity’s face on billboard posters or from their favourite series. Hack, even the guys have that tiny dream of looking good for the girls (and for themselves) whenever they look themselves at the mirror and remembered those tough characters they’ve seen from movies or advertisements. (Hey, guys wanna look good too)
And thus the beauty industry is born to satisfy the cravings of many to have that slim and beautiful figure they’ve always dreamed for.
But what if your budget in your wallet isn’t as “full” as your body? Does that mean the dream of having a great body is shattered forever? The answer is: Definitely not.
“But oh… does that mean that I have to start signing up for the gym or wake up before sunrise and start jogging?” That would be the most common fear for those who can’t remember when was the last time they went for a hearty sweat of exercising. Although exercise is one of the main roles of getting to a toned and healthy strong body, there are other facts that play major parts in a diet plan.
The upcoming post will be some tips and tricks that I learned and extracted from some health magazines, not to mention some myths and facts about maintaining the toned body that you finally achieved as well… without actually burning your wallet through those slimming programs.

And for the ladies in the urban city who travels hours to reach home and mostly stayed in the office (like their 2nd home) would hardly have the strength for that 20 minutes work out, 3 times a day.
Heck they are even too tired to go to the gym or a walk at the park.
In some cases, slimming programs do help for those who are in a serious state of obesity issue, which at least help them to loose some really stubborn ones. But I am not aye to lipo suction though. I have seen in Channel V and it is... urgh... frightening.
After the slimming sessions it is not the end of the beautiful story. Patients need to maintain the weight through dieting and exercise or else you will need to save up for a 2nd (or perhaps 3rd) round of slimming sessions, wasting your very first effort.
