Eat The Right Fruits to Cure Your Diseases!

We all know that vegetables and fruits are the best foods. That is why these two groups constructing the base of the healthy food pyramid!

For those of you that have been struggled with the enormous diseases, then it’s time to switch your eating habits to a more natural and healthier way…

Here are the list of common diseases and the right types of fruits that you can consume to fight or cure it:

Anemia – Grapes, oranges, tomatoes, apples, strawberries, cherries.

High Cholesterol – Mangosteens, walnuts.

High blood pressure – Grapes, oranges, tomatoes, apples, walnuts, avocadoes, bananas,watermelons, persimmons, pears, peaches.

That's a great bowl of fruit there, Wilson, personally I just love fruit, it is a very big part of my nutrition.

You're right, Katyzzz. As you can see that the Oranges, apples and grapes make up the big portion of the nutritious fruits. Thus, if you want to stay healthy, then you should eat those fruits regularly.
