Those people who are the parents of teenagers, you’ll know that it’s a headache to communicate with your children here! The experts said those children who undergoing the teenagers phase need more spaces and less nagging from the parents, as they’re learning on how to take control on themselves.
Well, don’t be so sure about it yet! According to the latest research, parents whose packed the teens to bed before 10 to 11 p.m. are helping the teens become less depressed or having any suicidal thoughts!
The researchers pointed out that a lack of sleep is the main causes of teens’ depression. This means, those teens who suffered from the depression are mainly related with insufficient sleep hours!
People always underestimated that depression has nothing to do with sleep hours, and they’re very wrong in this case, where these two things did connect in each other.
Attention to all parents, you should keep your eyes on your children and put them into sleep as early as possible!
