Go green – yes, it is not like the anime “Go greed with the Law of Ueki” (a boy that has the ability to change trash into trees), but to have more green in you.
Still lost? Let me make it in point blank – have more vegetables and fruits.
Five times daily, with fruits and vegetables, is the key. You don’t need your mother to tell you to eat your greens anymore: It’s not rocket science to realize how important having a healthy diet is. Packed with antioxidants, you’ll be keeping health complications such as cancer and cholesterol at bay.
What’s a serving?
A cup of raw, leafy vegetables, half a cup of steamed vegetables or a small whole fruit counts as 2 serving. Multiply by five and you’ll be on your road to good health.
Personal Note:
When it is written 5 times daily is at least 5 servings a day, you can spread it out to 5 small meals: For example is 3 regular meals with 1 serving of vegetable and have fruits as snacks in between tea breaks.

Great tips on the servings for fruits and vegetables. I can refer to this whenever my kids tries to argue with me about not wanting vegetables.
Good work
