Your Parents’ Health Is Our Responsibility!

Human race is a very special living creature, as it has many different varieties than any other species. Although we might have different kind of appearances, but we all are equally the same. Why? It’s because we’re born to this lovely world, thanks to our beloved parents: Our mother and father. Without them, it’s impossible for you and me to sit around here and discussing this topic further, isn’t it?
As their descendent, we have the responsibility to take care and cheer them up. I heard and saw some of the people who didn’t want to take care their parents and sending them to the old folks home. In the end, these people also ended up with the destiny, where their children thrown them out from the home and they have to live as a beggar around the corner of street! This situation reminds me of “what goes around comes around”…
As a high school teacher, I always advised my students try to be more tolerance with their moms and dads, especially when they’re getting older. After they’ve growing up, they must try their best to spend some time to back to their hometown and visit their old parents. If they can’t back to home frequently, even a long distance phone call will make their parents happy for awhile.
Furthermore, for those who can affords to buy health insurance, remember to buy a set of health insurance for your parents as well. Although the price for older people might slightly expensive than ours, but it shows your love and concern to your parents!
If your parents are aged 65 and over, then you should consider to insure them with the Medicare, where is a social health insurance program that being administrated by the United States government. Your parents will appreciate of what you have done here.
Please remember this: Those people that didn’t respect their parents are not a good person at all, as “Have the elders at home are like having treasures!”…
