How Long Do You Want To Live On This Earth?

There is an old saying, “Money cannot buy health”. This fact has been proven by the United States, which is considering as one of the countries who spending more money than any other country on health care, that they cannot lead the world in life expectancy!

According to the latest survey from the CIA World Factbook, the United States only ranked 50th out of 224 nations in life expectancy, which is totally an unacceptable fact by most Americans.

So, which are the countries who had overtaken the United States place? Well, let’s have a peek on this world’s longest life expectancy chart!


Japan 83
Australia 82
Iceland 82
Italy 82
San Marino 82
Switzerland 82
Andorra 81
Canada 81
France 81
Israel 81

However, The U.S. citizens are far more luckier compared with the shortest life expectancy in these 10 countries:

Sierra Leone 41
Afghanistan 42
Zimbabwe 45
Lesotho 45
Zambia 46
Chad 46
Uganda 48
Swaziland 48
Mozambique 48
Guinea-Bissau 48

So, do you want to have a longer life span? Then, it’s time to practicing these habits:

• No smoking or quit smoking!
• Don’t be a compulsive alcohol addict!
• Don’t involve yourself in drugs!
• Maintain the healthy eating habits!
• Do exercises regularly!
• Keep on smiling, no matter how tough the situation was!

Although there are many controversial, that it’s useless to practice the following behaviors in our daily routines. However, you have nothing to lose in the very end, isn’t it?

Isn't it the most sarcastic thing that we've ever heard? I'm have the same thought as you did that the United States would be at least in the top ten list. However, it seems that we're all wrong...

Bravo to all Aussies, at least you're ranked in top two places, only after Japan!
