People always want to have a relaxing life, it’s better to lay all day long on the couch without need to do anything, isn’t it?
In this case, you have to keep your eyes, especially on your parents who have just retired from their previous job.
A professional research team, which is leading by Patricia A.Boyle, PhD from the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center discovered a fact that people who have greater or positive purpose in life is having a longer lifespan than those who didn’t have any vision for a long term!
Never underestimate the purpose in life, as it reflects the tendency to have a better and healthy life. As a result, it’s important for everyone, especially the elders to have a long-term purpose, even though they’re already retired from job.
Remember to spend some quality times with your parents, as it would keep them away from the unnecessary purposes, such as depression, low self-esteem or Alzheimer’s disease. After all, you have nothing to lose, when you’re spending time with your family, isn’t it?
