As you can see on the above list, most of the fruits and vegetables are full with multiple pesticides. It’s better for you to choose the organic foods. In addition, it even stunning if you can grow your very own fruits and vegetables!
However, for those that didn’t have time or space to plant their very own organic plants, you should take care of you eating habits.
