It’s Time to Relax Our Stress Mind

October 10th 2009 04:15
We’re all living in the world that full with stress and tension every day. Honestly, stress is a ferocious monster, as they’re trying their best to crush and crumble our mind with its invisible force!

That’s why, the number of the stress/tension related mentally illness is spiking high, especially in the past few decades.

I knew that different types of people have their own unique ways to relax themselves from the stress. Some prefer the extreme outdoor activities, while other might choose to have their own personal space and time.

To me, I always think that spa is one of the best methods to relax our stress. For those who haven’t tried spa treatment before, you should give it a try. Honestly, Pirom spa is one of my favorite spa methods, as it firmly combined the natural ingredients that exfoliate the cellulite and older skin from our body. Plus, the aromatic Thanakha body scrub is helping us to refresh and rejuvenate our tension mind too!

If you’re not interested on the spa treatments, maybe the massage & reflexology is going to draw your attention. For your information, the main purpose of reflexology is not only reducing the stress/tension away, but it helps to improve your blood circulation and normalize your body’s homeostasis! Believe it or not, most of the cancer patients use the reflexology method to avoid their tumor’s situation from worsening.

Remember, stress is much like the poison in the mindset, the sooner you overcome it face to face, then the better the chance you’ve a better and healthy quality life!

Stress is certainly detrimental to your health, Wilson, that foot massage looks really cool. Other hints are good too.

I do like the extreme sports but can't afford it most of the time - I sometimes just sit on the beach with no one in front of me and look out to sea. As a Gemini big open spaces calm me - why I still live in Sydney I will never know
Pillates and an occasional massage also are a treat!

Hmm..., Jason. If you lvoe the beach and sea so much, I think you should have a getaway to Palau Island and have a swim with the jellyfishes!
