Finding the best in you

Whenever you read or listen to those success talk or articles and most of the time the main point to stimulate yourself is to find what your skills are, or for more soul searching is: What is the best in you?
After listening to the talk I got to talk to a very wise person, whom I always adored and look up to for guidance, spank me right on when I asked him, “what do you think are my true skills are?”
What he reminded me was not how good a person I am, but the weakness that I have. Yes it can be ugly but when you are brave enough to face what your weakest part is, your true strength and skills reveal upon you.
Another speaker that I heard earlier on, that spurred my “rather silly question” to Mr. Wise, was yet another interesting quote that I do agree upon.
“To improve upon your weakness makes you an average person to go by; but to improve upon your skills and strengths will outshine yourself to the world what you are capable of.”
“People who improve in their weaknesses improves their lives a little, people who improve in their strength becomes extra ordinary outstanding people in their lives.”
Things to Ponder:
Are you aware of your weaknesses before you find your strengths?
Are you able to face your weaknesses in order to improve your strengths?
Can you find the best in you?
What I have learned:
Strengths searching is not just the personal, it occurs in work, in relationships. But the basic foundation always comes to yourself.

This "Mr. Wise" must have reminded you a lot of things.
Nice forget-me-nots there.
Take care
