I wear contact lenses and have done for many years now. I was always tempted to have lazer eye surgery but wasn't entirely convinced.
What I did find out eventually was that as your eyes deteriorate with age naturally that the benefits of this procedure are really only temporary. Also as it cuts into your eye it is a once off procedure.
Apparently there is a procedure nearly on the market (if it isn't already) where something is added on to the eye rather than removed from it. I think I'll wait for that one.
