The Efficient Treatments for the Hay Fever

February 5th 2009 02:04
Hay fever, or it also known as “allergic rhinitis”, is mainly caused by pollens of specific seasonal plants and dust particles to people that allergic to these types of substances.
Those people that suffered from hay fever will know the time, where the first pollen starts falling off from the trees or grasses!

If you’re one of the hay fever sufferers, then you might be starting to live in suffer, when the spring is approaching. In order to reduce your suffer; I have a few natural remedies that you can try out:

Drink the honey tea that has been boiled with minced grapefruit and lemon. You should drink it at least three times a day!

You can also boil chamomile in plain water, then inhale the fumes from the water when it’s boiling. This can stop the nose’s irritation.

Furthermore, you might avoid going out in the early morning, as the pollens in this moment is rather higher than afternoon and night.

In addition, you should not use the nasal spray continuously, as it will increase the congestion of nose!

You offer some good ideas. I am fighting my chronic sinus problems on all fronts. Never thought I had hay fever but now I am considering this. Just can't keep using anti-biotics! Scary! I have been surfing the web and found some good ideas. One thing is the neti pot. A saline solution that I literally pour into one nostril and it goes out the other-washing and easing the inflammation-I hope! Another resource I have found really touches on health, diet, and even financial issues is a book called:
<a Really Long Link Can Be Done</a>
I am interested in overcoming this by attacking this problem on all fronts! Nice postie! Isobella
