Most people love to eat at least an apple a day. Well, if you have this habit, then you must keep doing it every day!
For your information, many researchers from all around the world have discovered that the apples are rich in pectin, where is a soluble fiber that can be used to reduce the bad “LDL” cholesterol. By only eating an apple a day, you’ll be able to reduce at least 8 to 10 percent of bad cholesterol from accumulate on your body!
Instead of the most familiar old adage, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”, there’s also an old saying in the Middle Ages, where the Englishmen always said, “Eat an apple before going to bed, make the doctor beg his bread!”. From here, we know that apples are the symbol of good health.
By the way, here is the great news for all the diabetics, as Apples are good for diabetics. Why? It’s because the soluble fiber can help to regulate blood sugar and maintain our blood sugar always situated in the idea level.
