The Untold Truth of Wrinkle Treatment

October 1st 2009 06:08
Last week, my eldest aunt on my father’s side was suddenly dropped us a visit in my hometown. Honestly, I was quite shocked, as I didn’t see her since… (Wait a second, let me count) twelve years ago, when my grandmother from my mother’s side had passed away. I saw she attended my grandmother’s funeral and after it, she just disappeared into the thin air…!

During the reunion, Jacqueline, my aunt told us that she was emigrated to Gothenburg, Sweden three months after attending my grandmother’s funeral. In the beginning, she just wanted to start a brand new life in a foreign country. She didn’t realize that it’s going to a very tough condition for her, as she’s been through many unpredictable obstacles in the past twelve years.

Even though my aunt is already 71-years-old, but she looks like a 50-years-old woman! I was curious about it and asked her why she looked twenty years younger than the actual ages. She smiled at me and asking me, “Willy son, would you really want to know the secret?”

“Yep, would you want to tell us the secret, Aunt Jacqueline? We’re all eager to hear it…!”

She told us there are three important things that make her looking younger than other people do.

Tips No.1
Smile – It sounded like a very easy job, but she said that most people have already forgotten how to smile, especially those that always have a lot of stresses and tension! She said our amount of smiles should be increased with our ages. This means, the older we are, the happier and less worrier we should in our life. Remember to put on a million dollars smile on our face each day!

Tips No.2
Wrinkle treatment – When we’re aging, the wrinkles are starting to appear around our faces, hands and skin. In this case, we should use the reliable wrinkle creams to wipe away the hideous dark circles and wrinkle, especially around the eyes. Well, before you’re using any kind of wrinkle cream, please ensure that you’ve made your research about it. Don’t buy the wrinkle creams only based on its appearance, but should be focused on its effectiveness and harmfulness to our health.

Tips No.3
Warm water – She told us the secret that warm water is actually the best option for our body. She said, if we drink hot water, our blood vessels are going to experience the vasodilatation process. In other hands, when we are drinking the cold water, the vasoconstriction is going to happen on our blood vessels! Hence, in order to overcome the problem, it’s better to drink only warm water, as it keeps our blood vessels in the steady condition. In this case, the aging process won’t be accelerated too fast. We’ll stay younger and healthier all the time!

Honestly, my aunt spent two nights on my hometown and she’d went back to Gothenburg on last Sunday. It’s been a pleasure to have her as a guest in our home. By the way, she knew that I’m a passionate blogger. She told me that I must write out our meeting and share the anti wrinkle cream reviews with those who interested on it.

Well, thanks again, Aunt Jacqueline. Hope you’ll take care yourself and have a nice living life at Gothenburg, Sweden!

Great tips from your aunt, Wilson - especially the smiling. I'd like to add my own 2 cents and say that moisturising, using an eye cream and sunscreen help a lot too.

Yep, it sounds as easy as ABC, Janet!

Jason, I knew you'll love the picture. My aunt also agreed with it, when I picked the picture.
