Those Important Things You Didn’t Know About Arthritis!

All right, I know most of you here were very familiar with this word, “Arthritis”. However, did you know that there are over 100 other types of arthritis? Amongst the 100 types, Osteoarthritis is the most common type, which comprises up to 75% of the total amount!
According to the recently research from The Arthritis Foundation of United States, there are over 27 million Americans suffering with Osteoarthritis and the arthritis treatment costs nearly $128 billion every year.
Here’s another shocking fact from The Arthritis Foundation! Eight out of ten people whom aging 65 years old and above will be affected by arthritis. Although the arthritis isn’t a fatal disease, but it does bring much of pain to the patients.
For those that having osteoarthritis, you should:
• Do more exercises;
• Maintain your body weight;
• Avoid injury to joints.
Furthermore, you should intake the healthy foods that can keep you away from the pain of Osteoarthritis, such as:
1. Foods that enriched with Omega-3;
2. Vegetable or Olive oil;
3. A lot of fruits and vegetables (Except the eggplant and paprika).
Osteoarthritis doesn’t mean the end of the world to you here. Therefore, you’re deserved to live up your life as any other healthy people as well!
