Benefits of Drinking Water – it will prolong your healthy life

Today I started browsing through my mailbox to clear some junk mails or forward mails from friends until I came across this and I know. There are lots of people out there rather drink juices than water. But do you know every human in this world by average has 70% of water in their body?

You are right. We need juices for the minerals, but we needed water more to cleanse our toxin in our body.


One of the most interesting and popular issues in Japan is:
“Drink Water on Empty Stomach”

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers.

For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses. The water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a hundred percent cure for the following diseases:

· Headache
· Body ache
· heart system
· arthritis
· fast heart beat
· epilepsy
· excess
· fatness
· bronchitis
· asthma
· TB
· Meningtitis
· Kidney and Urine diseases
· vomiting gastritis
· diarrhea
· piles
· diabetes
· constipation
· all eye diseases

· womb cancer
· menstrual disorders
· ear nose
· throat diseases


Method of Treatment is also posted in this interesting email, and I believe that it would be useful to read as a guide. One of my friends actually does those below and so far, she is in her best of health.

1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink four glasses of water each of 160 ml.

2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes.

3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.

4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for two hours.

5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink four glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to four glasses per day.

6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure main diseases:

1. High Blood Pressure 30 days
2. Gastric 10 days
3. Diabetes 30 days
4. Constipation 10 days
5. Cancer 180 days
6. TB 90 days

Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment for only 3 days in the first week to be followed by daily treatment.

This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.


Note!
Some might think that the more water you drink, the better, in fact, we can only consume a certain amount of water, some by max of 3L per day (some a little less) and it will cause Water Intoxication.

Later I will write more about what type of water exist in this current world, and what really Water Intoxication is.

While water is a wonderful thing....did you know you can actually overdose on it? I worked at a hospital once with a lady (she was actually a nurse) who wanted to "cleanse" her body of toxins. She had read about this in a magazine. It required that you drink a certain amount of water per day, dividing it up by the hour. I don't know how long she did this for, but it threw her electrolites out of whack and she is now...for lack of a better word....retarded. Her husband had to put her in a nursing home. It was unbelieveable. So, if you begin any type of water regimine, do it moderately!

I think that is the Water Intoxication the author is trying to talk about. She did put at note at the foot of the article.

I will want to know how it is.

I have a friend who drinks almost 1L of water when she wake up early in the morning. I think it is a lot, I only drink 300ml - 500ml in the morning.
