Your Brain is Protest for Not Getting Enough Sleep!

June 28th 2009 03:37
People in nowadays have different types of problem and insufficiency. However, one and probably the most common problems is the lack of sleep hours!

According to the surveys, there is nearly 45 percent of American that has less than 6 hours of sleep every day, while there is less than 25 percent of American that sleep at least 8 hours per day!

Due to this phenomenon, the sleep deprivation is spreading its invention and causing many sleep disorder problems.

Many people seem to neglect the important of sleep, as they think it won’t be a matter, if they have less sleep hours and more working hours. The truth is the lack of sleep hours can cause many unexpected troubles, which are:

• Memory loss,
• Drowsiness,
• Weaker concentration,
• Blurry vision,

Don’t believe on what I’m saying here? Then, go ahead and try to staying awake for over a few days! I’m guarantee that you’ll start to have hallucinations, nausea or even panic attack.

It’s very important to have a good and quality sleep hours, remember that you’ll still need to repay the price, if you ignored the sleep hours! And, it’s even better to sleep at night, as the old saying, “Begin with the sunrise and stop with the sunset.”

I love the nights I get to bed early Wilson - I only get one day off a week to have a sleep in and look forward to this day more than ever. I get about 6 to 7hrs a night but when I can get more I do.
I do find when I am on holidays and out of my environment and away from the daily stress of life I can live happily on way less hours as I love being somewhere different and am more naturally relaxed and resting anwyaw.

Not only that - when I have had a sleepless night I get incredibly irritable. Sleep deprivation, more than anything else, has to have the worst effect on your mood.

Good post.

Oh, I make sure to get enough sleep all the time! This is not hard for me, because I LOVE sleep! I will take a nap in the middle of the day whenever I can. Always refreshes and rejuvenates me!

So, what are you waiting for, Diva? You should go and get some sleep right away,,,lol

Yeah, a person without adequate sleep hours are aging 50% faster than those who have at least 8 hours of sleep daily!
